The platform accepts a wide range of document types, including PDFs, scans, emails, and files like DOC and XLS.
Documents can be submitted via email, SFTP, a mobile app, web portal, or API. Once received, Xtracta detects, extracts, and validates the data. The processed data can be instantly transferred through webhook service or through the REST APIs, and also offers output options like CSV, XLS, or SQL.
Xtracta seamlessly integrates with your existing software such as ERP, payroll, job costing, inventory systems etc. Powered by a machine learning engine, Xtracta continuously improves from each document and user interaction, removing the need for templates. Ongoing support is provided to keep things running smoothly.

Starting with the Xtracta engine is simple and involves the following basic steps:

- Creating workflows for your document types.
- Configuration of settings (includes OCR method) and required fields.
