Home Page

When you access Xtracta App, you'll be directed to the Home screen. This page displays all workflows assigned to your account, along with a summary of document statuses.

Each document uploaded to Xtracta is automatically assigned a status, which reflects its stage in the processing cycle. As the document progresses, its status may change accordingly or remain the same depending on its current stage.

Workflow Details

  • Workflow Id: Unique Id of the workflow. The ID is automatically assigned by Xtracta.
  • Workflow Name: Name of the workflow. Users can choose any name for their workflows.
  • Indexing: Displays how many documents are in the Indexing queue.
  • QA (Quality Assurance): Displays how many documents are in the Quality Assurance queue.
  • Reject: Displays how many documents are in the Rejected queue.
  • Processing: Displays how many documents are recently being received in the workflow and are going through initial processing (this includes OCR, extraction, and transformation).
  • Output Queue: Displays how many documents are currently going through output.
  • Group Name: Name of the group the workflow is from. A user may be assigned to workflows from multiple groups.
  • Billing Plan: Billing plan the group is linked with. If the workflow is in a group assigned to a billing plan, this will show details about the plan such as the number of documents and renewal date.

Refresh Configuration

The Refresh Configuration button allows you to control how the Workflow table updates.

  • When set to Auto refresh, the table will update automatically in real time, enabling live queue updates and alert monitoring.
  • When set to Stop auto refresh, the data remains static and reflects the state at the time the page was loaded.

Use this setting based on your preference for real-time monitoring or static data review.
