Peppol Participants
With the increasing demand of e-invoicing, Xtracta has added Peppol for e-invoices and credits. The Peppol menu is accessible from Admin ---> Peppol Participants:
Currently, Xtracta supports accounts in New Zealand and Australia.
Other countries may be considered if requested. Xtracta has the capability to get accredited and registered as necessary.
To add a new account, click the "New participant" button:
Under the Participant Details section, complete the following:

| Identifier Country | Select New Zealand or Australia |
| Identifier Scheme | This field will populateonce the country is selected |
| Identifier Number | Your business NZBN or ABN (Must be unique in Peppol) |
In General Contact Details add your address. This is a mandatory field, but is not validated. The details will be added to the online Peppol address listing. Located here
Add any **Websites" or Contacts if desired
In the Configuration section, select the types of documents that you will process. These are the most common and likely to apply for NZ/AUS:
Choose whether this Peppol participant record should be available to the current group or include sub-groups.
At the top of the page, select "Submit For Approval"
If the account number has already been registered in the Peppol network, you will receive this error message:
If this occurs, you will need to de-register your account with the current Peppol account holder.
